FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using USPS.

Flat rate shipping fee applies to shipping orders.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is offered for orders totaling $50 or more, excluding tax.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination.

Heaven Essence  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
